About Techno Notes
Have you ever had that feeling that you should know this stuff? You're sure you've solved this exact problem before, and you know the answer is out there somewhere online—if only you could remember that magic search term that gave you the right clue last time.
I've certainly had that feeling more times than I care to remember! That frustrating moment when you realize you really should have written down the solution properly, somewhere you could actually find it again when you inevitably need it next.
That's precisely why I started "Techno Notes". This site serves as my personal digital notebook – the place where I try to write things down as soon as possible after figuring out a solution, or sometimes as a draft while I'm still in the middle of problem-solving.
It's built using a Git repository, which makes it straightforward for me to add new notes and, importantly, make changes later. Technology moves fast: new software releases, updated products, evolving best practices, and the latest "this will solve everything forever" solutions mean that a perfectly valid note today might be less accurate tomorrow.
I do my best to update notes when I encounter changes or learn something new, but inevitably, older posts might become less relevant over time. To reflect this, all notes are automatically tagged with "Content might be outdated" one year after they were initially written or last updated – consider it a reminder to double-check if the information still holds true.
